What is Mindful Eating? Mindful eating is essentially an intention that brings our focus back to our food when we are eating.
Mindful eating brings pleasure back to our food. It gives you the opportunity to focus on the present moment and what you are eating right now without judgment or guilt.
No, it is not easy, it takes practice and is something you learn over time.

Expect an email each day with filled to the brim with a daily task, tools and information to use in your quest to become a more mindful eater.
You will receive special daily affirmation and a journal prompt to use on your mindful eating journey
Each day's email will have a recipe in it to make for the next day. These recipes although not required to use, tie in with the mindful eating prompt of the following day.
Even when you can’t adhere to a strict mindful eating practice, you can still avoid eating mindlessly and ignoring your body’s signals to make the right choices and hold onto the right emotions when eating, by remembering and using some of the tools taught in this challenge.
